I will evalute your pencil portraits project...My price list is merely a guide. With your photo(s) in hand and an understanding of your preferences, I can give you a firm price and delivery schedule.
Your photos need to be good quality, well-lit photographs. Since each portrait is unique, I would prefer to work with a good likeness of the subject. All portraits are guaranteed to be a true-to-life representation of the photo you supply. Remember, the details in the finished portrait depend primarily upon the quality and focus of the photo submitted...ideally, a photograph where the face of the subject(s) is at least 2". If I have a problem with your photograph(s), I will contact you prior to beginning your portrait. Let me evaluate your project, at no obligation to you.
Upon completion of your portrait I will either send you a JPEG file that I can e-mail to you for your approval or send hard copy via mail. You must be completely satisfied with your portrait.
Payments...can be made by personal check, money order or certified check. A "good faith" deposit of $25 is required at the time you place your order. Balance of payment is due when you are satisfied with your portrait, prior to shipping. A fee of $10 will also be charged for shipping and insurance. Payment should be made to Wendy Berry.
